Supreme Court Seeks US View On Ill. Home Care Union Fees

Law360, New York (June 29, 2012, 4:12 PM ET) -- The U.S. Supreme Court on Friday asked for the federal government's input on a petition filed by a putative class of home care providers for Medicaid recipients challenging an Illinois regulatory scheme that requires them to pay fees to a union for representing their interests before state agencies.
