Law360, New York (July 05, 2012, 2:02 PM ET) -- A Kentucky man hit Pinnacle Foods Group LLC with a proposed class action Monday, accusing the company of failing to let consumers know how much trans fat was packed into its frozen dinners.
Joshua Haug's lawsuit in Kentucky federal court says Pinnacle's Hungry Man dinners were flouting a 2006 U.S. Food and Drug Administration rule change that required food makers to disclose the trans fat content of most packaged foods.
