Guidant Fights Health-Care Providers' Appeal Attempt

Law360, New York (September 24, 2007, 12:00 AM ET) -- Guidant Corp. is fighting a request by third-party health-care providers to finalize a judgment in product liability litigation against the medical device company over allegedly faulty implantable heart defibrillators.
