Law360, New York (July 05, 2012, 8:32 PM ET) -- A proposed class of U.S. Open umpires suing the U.S. Tennis Association for overtime pay complained Thursday that the USTA has snuck an arbitration provision into its contracts and asked a federal judge to let them warn their colleagues before the late summer event.
