Whole Foods Supplements Contain Lead, False Ads Suit Says

Law360, New York (July 06, 2012, 8:05 PM ET) -- A New Jersey attorney known for hitting companies with putative class actions alleging deceptive advertising has made Whole Foods Market IP LP his latest target, accusing the grocer of falsely advertising a supplement as pure and unadulterated when it in fact contains lead.
