Caesars Dodges Wrongful Death Suit Over Worker's Cancer

Law360, New York (July 12, 2012, 6:19 PM ET) -- Casino operator Caesars Entertainment Corp. has again dodged a class action by the mother of a casino worker who died of leukemia allegedly caused by years of exposure to secondhand cigarette smoke, after a Louisiana federal judge found Wednesday that state law bars her claims.
