Comcast Case Won't Impact Wal-Mart Sex Bias Suit, Parties Say

Law360, New York (July 13, 2012, 9:50 PM ET) -- Wal-Mart Stores Inc. and the plaintiffs accusing it of gender discrimination both told a California federal judge Friday that the U.S. Supreme Court's decision to hear a case against Comcast Corp. that involves class certification issues should not impact his decision on Wal-Mart's bid to nix class claims.
