Arbitrating Cigna Sex Bias Suit Limits Rights, Worker Says

Law360, New York (August 02, 2012, 1:52 PM ET) -- A woman who lodged a proposed $100 million sex bias class action against Cigna Corp. told a Massachusetts federal court on Wednesday that an earlier ruling that forces her to arbitrate her claims individually would restrict her rights under the Civil Rights Act.
