ATM Antitrust Case May Have Opened Loophole It Can't Close

Law360, New York (September 07, 2012, 2:49 PM ET) -- A recent Ninth Circuit ruling nixing an antitrust suit over ATM interchange fees raised a key question about who can sue over price-fixing that the plaintiffs say opened a loophole for alleged cartelists, but attorneys say rehearing the case might not be the best way to resolve the issue.
