LCD Retailers Ask 9th Circ. To Revisit ATM Fee Antitrust Ruling

Law360, New York (August 29, 2012, 8:14 PM ET) -- A group of retailer plaintiffs in the liquid crystal display cartel case urged the Ninth Circuit Monday to reconsider its decision in separate ATM fee litigation about which purchasers have standing to bring federal antitrust claims, arguing that the panel had created a "large and exploitable loophole" to the antitrust laws.
