3-D Printer Co. Resolves Investor Suits Over $1.4B Merger

Law360, New York (September 06, 2012, 9:26 PM ET) -- Three-dimensional printer maker Stratasys Inc. has settled two proposed shareholder class actions in Minnesota and Delaware courts that contested its planned $1.4 billion merger with Israel-based 3-D printer manufacturer Objet Ltd., the company said Thursday.

The settlement resolves suits that were filed in June and July by investors who had targeted Stratasys and its directors, as well as Objet, over the terms of the planned merger, which is expected to close in the third quarter of 2012, Stratasys said in a U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission...
