Target Faces Class Suit Over Terminated Workers' Wages

Law360, New York (September 07, 2012, 5:19 PM ET) -- Target Corp. was hit with a putative class action alleging the retail giant failed to pay the final wages of laid-off employees, among other wage violations, according to a suit removed to the Northern District of California on Thursday.
