Law360, New York (October 17, 2007, 12:00 AM ET) -- A magistrate judge has recommended the approval of a settlement between German airline Lufthansa AG and the plaintiffs in the ongoing antitrust litigation over price-fixing in the air cargo shipping service industry.
In a report and recommendation filed Tuesday, Magistrate Judge Viktor V. Pohorelsky of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of New York said that before approval, however, some notice issues must be resolved.
