Twinings' Tea Antioxidant Claims Misleading, Suit Says

Law360, New York (September 21, 2012, 1:58 PM ET) -- Twinings North America Inc. misleads consumers about the health benefits and antioxidant properties of its 50-plus varieties of tea by failing to meet federal labeling requirements, according to a class action amended in California federal court Thursday.
