Law360, Miami (February 15, 2013, 7:55 PM ET) -- The NAACP and a local Jacksonville, Fla., minority firefighters' union on Thursday sued the city's fire department on behalf of a putative class of black firefighters over its hiring, transfer and assignment policies, which allegedly have a disproportionately adverse effect on black firefighters.
