Magic Mountain Workers Sue Six Flags Over OT, Meal Breaks

Law360, New York (April 10, 2013, 1:15 PM ET) -- Six Flags Entertainment Corp. was hit with a putative class action Tuesday in California state court accusing it of underpaying employees at its Six Flags Magic Mountain and Hurricane Harbor park located north of Los Angeles.

The complaint filed in Los Angeles Suprerior Court accuses Six Flags of a litany of state labor law violations, including the failure to pay employees overtime wages, provide mandatory meal and rest breaks or proper seating.
