Bloomberg Sues To Stop City Council's Anti-Profiling Law

Law360, New York (September 03, 2013, 7:39 PM ET) -- New York City Mayor Michael Bloomberg on Tuesday delivered on his threat to use the courts to attack a "stop-and-frisk"-inspired anti-racial profiling law that survived his veto, arguing in a new lawsuit that the ordinance is preempted by New York State Criminal Procedure Law.
