Wells Fargo Bankers Try Again For Class Cert. In OT Suit

Law360, New York (September 12, 2013, 3:12 PM ET) -- Wells Fargo Bank NA employees on Wednesday took another shot at getting class certification of a wage-and-hour suit against the company, telling a New York federal judge that the bankers in their proposed classes were universally and illegally denied pay for short breaks that should've been compensable.
