Daiichi Must Reveal Worker Contact Info In Sex Bias Suit

Law360, New York (March 6, 2014, 2:25 PM ET) -- A federal magistrate judge in California ordered drugmaker Daiichi Sankyo Inc. on Wednesday to divulge the names and contact information of putative class members to sales employee plaintiffs in a gender bias suit, saying those workers might back up the plaintiffs' arguments for class certification.
