Law360, New York (April 02, 2008, 12:00 AM ET) -- Workers at AT&T Inc. call centers in Wisconsin and Illinois have hit the telecommunications company and its subsidiaries with putative collective actions for unpaid overtime and wages, claiming violations of the Fair Labor Standards Act.
The suits, both filed in the past week, bring to at least four the number of complaints AT&T faces by its call center employees across the country. Workers in Kansas and Georgia filed similar complaints in February.
