Court Exterminates FLSA Pest Control Overtime Suit

Law360, New York (April 10, 2008, 12:00 AM ET) -- Calling some of the U.S. Department of Labor's wage-and-hour regulations outdated, a federal judge awarded cleaning giant Ecolab Inc. summary judgment in a Fair Labor Standards Act class action brought by the company's pest eliminators.
