Whirlpool Moldy Washer Plaintiffs Can't Get Class Modified

Law360, New York (April 30, 2014, 8:02 PM ET) -- An Ohio federal judge on Monday denied a motion by plaintiffs suing Whirlpool Corp. in multidistrict litigation over alleged washing machine defects to modify their class to exclude members whose machines contain changes implemented in 2009, saying he would revisit the issue in the company's decertification motion.
