8th Circ. Buries Suit Over Charter's Internet Upgrades

Law360, New York (May 2, 2014, 4:20 PM EDT) -- The Eighth Circuit upheld the dismissal of a class action against Charter Communications Inc. for allegedly flouting a service agreement and promising to provide faster broadband download speeds, by not supplying modems necessary to perform the task, ruling Friday that the subscribers failed to show a monetary loss.
