Retailers To Fight Chocolate Price-Fixing Loss In 3rd Circ.

Law360, New York (May 20, 2014, 6:26 PM ET) -- Over 20 pharmacies, grocery stores chains and other companies have appealed to the Third Circuit a Pennsylvania federal judge’s dismissal of a class action accusing Nestle USA Inc., The Hershey Co. and Mars Inc. of conspiring to raise the price of chocolates, according to notices filed Friday.
