GNC Evades False Ad Action Over Amino Acid Supplements

Law360, New York (May 28, 2014, 1:21 PM ET) -- A California federal judge on Tuesday threw out a proposed class action accusing GNC Corp. of falsely hawking a line of dietary supplements as helpful in building muscle size, finding no indication the suit qualified for federal jurisdiction.
