Hyundai Fights Remand Of Class Suit In Fuel Economy MDL

Law360, New York (June 06, 2014, 8:15 PM ET) -- Hyundai Motor America urged a California federal judge on Thursday not to remand a Virginia customers’ suit in multidistrict litigation against the automaker and Kia Motors America alleging they overstated the fuel efficiency of more than 900,000 vehicles, arguing the case is best heard in the MDL.
