Bass Pro Slams EEOC Approach In Systemic Race Bias Suit

Law360, New York (July 1, 2014, 4:33 PM ET) -- Bass Pro Outdoor World LLC on Monday criticized a U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission race bias suit, telling a Texas federal court the agency has improperly attempted to meld a framework for proving systemic discrimination with a method intended for individual discrimination charges.
