Law360, New York (May 20, 2008, 12:00 AM ET) -- A print-on-demand book publisher has filed an antitrust class action against Amazon.com Inc. accusing the online retailer of illegally tying the use of its Internet site to the printing services of one of its subsidiaries.
Booklocker.com filed the suit Monday in the U.S. District Court for the District of Maine on behalf of all print-on-demand book publishers who have or have an application to have their books listed on Amazon's online bookstore anytime since Feb. 10.
