Law360, New York (July 24, 2006, 12:00 AM ET) -- A class action securities lawsuit alleging bid-rigging and price-fixing by insurance company Marsh & McLennan will head to court, after a judge ruled that the plaintiffs’ allegations warrant a jury trial.
While Judge Shirley Wohl Kram did not opine on the validity of the allegations, she ruled that they had been sufficiently argued, and ordered a jury trial.
