Law360, New York (December 05, 2008, 12:00 AM ET) -- An Oregon state appeals court has upheld the dismissal of a proposed class action against Wells Fargo & Co. for allegedly violating employees' contracts by wiping out their accrued unused sick leave after merging with Norwest Corp.
