Law360, New York (January 15, 2009, 12:00 AM ET) -- Sprint Nextel Corp. has agreed to pay $8.8 million to settle a class action alleging that it failed to pay overtime to call center workers in eight states.
The plaintiffs in the suit filed a motion seeking approval of the settlement on Tuesday in the U.S. District Court for the District of Kansas.
