Law360, New York (February 13, 2009, 12:00 AM ET) -- A judge has ruled that fiberglass insulation contractor Masco Corp. will face trial on allegations by hundreds of smaller rivals that it conspired with manufacturers to fix prices.
Judge Julie Carnes, presiding over the long-running antitrust case in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Georgia, issued an order Monday denying Masco's motion to summarily toss the case and rejecting its bid to sanction the 377 independent insulation contractors who filed the suit.
