Drug Cos. Hid SSRI Risks, Paid Docs Kickbacks: Suit

Law360, New York (March 16, 2009, 12:00 AM ET) -- Pfizer Inc., Forest Laboratories Inc. and Warner-Lambert Co. have been hit with a proposed class action accusing them of coordinating a scheme to mask suicide risks associated with antidepressants Lexapro and Celexa in pediatric patients while simultaneously offering doctors kickbacks to prescribe the drugs for younger patients.
