Qwest Slapped With Class Action Over Wages

Law360, New York (September 01, 2006, 12:00 AM ET) -- A group of Qwest Communications International Inc. call center workers have filed a class action lawsuit against the company, alleging they were not paid for overtime and weren’t allowed to take work or meal breaks.

The lawsuit, filed Wednesday in the U.S. District Court for the District of Minnesota, includes anyone who has worked at a Qwest call center in Minnesota as a call center sales consultant or sales and service consultant within the last three years.
