Defendants Clash Over 'Nonexistent' Deal In OT Suit

Law360, New York (April 21, 2009, 12:00 AM ET) -- Attempts to resolve an overtime class action against Schwan’s Global Supply Chain Inc. and staffing agency Labor Works International LLC have driven a wedge between the defendants, with Schwan seeking sanctions against Labor Works for trying to enforce a settlement Schwan claims is nonexistent.
