Insight Hit With Investor Suit Over Accounting Errors

Law360, New York (April 24, 2009, 12:00 AM ET) -- An investor has lodged a putative class action against technology provider Insight Enterprises Inc. and its officers and directors accusing them of misleading shareholders about accounting errors, which led to financial restatements and a dramatic drop in the company’s stock price.

Plaintiff Dimitriy Karpov filed suit against the Tempe, Ariz.-based company and a dozen directors and officers on Thursday in U.S. District Court for the District of Arizona.
