Snell Loses Bid For 2nd Shot To Nix Malpractice Suit

Law360, New York (May 15, 2009, 12:00 AM ET) -- A judge has denied a bid by Snell & Wilmer LLP for interlocutory review of the court's refusal to dismiss a breach of contract and malpractice suit brought by investors over the firm's alleged role in the demise of real estate investment firm Southwest Exchange Inc.

Judge Robert C. Jones of the U.S. District Court for the District of Nevada on Thursday denied a motion by Snell to certify for interlocutory review the judge's order refusing to dismiss the suit.
