Christie's Off Hook For Price Of Stolen Nazi Art: Judge

Law360, New York (September 24, 2009, 1:12 PM ET) -- A federal judge has dismissed a South Korean art collector's bid to recover from Christie's Inc. the purchase price of a painting later discovered to have been stolen by the Nazis, saying the breach of warranty claim against the famed auction house was time-barred.
