Law360, New York (October 06, 2009, 3:00 PM ET) -- Realtimezone Inc. has agreed to drop fraud claims in its patent suit accusing Halliburton Energy Services Inc. of infringing a patent covering hydraulic fracturing in petroleum and natural gas reservoirs.
Judge M. Christina Armijo of the U.S. District Court for the District of New Mexico on Monday granted Halliburton's motion for judgment on the pleadings on the fraud claims, after Realtimezone reached an agreement to dismiss them.
