Law360, New York (October 29, 2009, 5:43 PM ET) -- Medical testing developer Xenomics Inc. is asking a New York state court to grant as much as $300 million in damages from a company it says breached a patent licensing agreement by misrepresenting medical advancements for Down syndrome testing.
