Law360, New York (November 06, 2009, 2:28 PM ET) -- Italiana Coke SRL and its former supplier United Coal Co. LLC have each moved for summary judgment in their dispute over the existence and validity of a $9.3 million coking coal contract, which was agreed upon but never formally executed.
The two parties filed competing claims for judgment this week in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York and now await rulings from Judge Henry Pitman.
