Law360, New York (November 24, 2009, 6:18 PM ET) -- A California state appellate court has upheld a lower court's decision that catheter maker Biosense Webster Inc. can't enforce noncompete agreements against three former employees who left to work for a St. Jude Medical Inc. unit.
