Law360, New York (January 28, 2010, 6:18 PM ET) -- A federal judge has thrown out a breach of contract suit brought by a former Madison Square Garden president who claimed New York Yankees owner George Steinbrenner III cut him out of his share of the $3 billion Yankees Entertainment and Sports Network.
