Law360, New York (February 23, 2010, 6:19 PM ET) -- The former Madison Square Garden LP president who claimed George Steinbrenner III cut him out of his share of the $3 billion Yankees Entertainment and Sports Network has appealed a decision tossing his breach of contract suit against the New York Yankees' owner.
