Petland Franchise, Insurance Cases Put To Rest

Law360, New York (August 02, 2010, 7:08 PM ET) -- Petland Inc. has settled a group of lawsuits, including one it brought against its insurer for declining to cover a putative class action that accused the national pet store chain of selling sick puppies from puppy mills instead of using reputable breeders.
