Law360, New York (February 24, 2011, 3:42 PM ET) -- A market researcher is accusing CVS Caremark Corp. of breaching contracts to provide data on prescriptions filled at CVS pharmacies, according to a lawsuit unsealed Wednesday in Delaware.
CVS, the largest prescription provider in the U.S., is bound by three separate contracts to provide the data, without which IMS Health Inc. does not have a representative sample of the prescription market on which to base its research, according to the heavily-redacted complaint filed in the Delaware Court of Chancery.
