Law360, New York (April 04, 2011, 6:28 PM ET) -- Johnson Brothers Liquor Co. slapped Bacardi USA Inc. and Brown-Forman Corp. with a suit in Minnesota on Monday accusing them of violating state law and the Sherman Act by pulling the plug on distribution agreements.
Johnson Brothers' lawsuit, filed in the U.S. District Court for the District of Minnesota, comes on the heels of a March 23 complaint Bacardi filed against Johnson Brothers that asked a Florida federal court to declare that Bacardi had not breached three distribution agreements or violated antitrust law terminating those deals....
