Disney Sues Dish Over Free Access To Movies On Starz

Law360, New York (May 03, 2011, 3:15 PM ET) -- The Walt Disney Co. sued Dish Network LLC in New York on Monday, claiming the satellite television provider has violated an agreement and copyrights on popular movies by giving subscribers free access to the Starz premium television service.
