'Call Of Duty' Fraud Claims Against Activision A Go

Law360, Los Angeles (June 14, 2011, 5:32 PM ET) -- A California state judge ruled Tuesday that Activision Publishing Inc. had to defend against allegations that it defrauded two video game developers into staying on with the company long enough to complete the blockbuster video game “Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2."
