Law360, New York (August 25, 2011, 9:17 PM ET) -- A Texas appeals court on Thursday reversed sanctions against a Fulbright & Jaworski LLP partner who allegedly said his rival counsel suborned perjury during a messy contract dispute between two video game companies.
Fulbright's Oscar Rey Rodriguez, a Dallas partner who represented PopCap Games International Ltd. in a suit against MumboJumbo LLC, never actually accused his rival lawyers of suborning perjury, a three-judge panel said.
